What I provide

Teaching
8 week one-to-one individually tailored course to ensure you develops the skills you need.

Weekly drop-in class on Zoom and in-person. Located in Southampton, UK
Consultation
Talks to companies, team meetings, social groups, support groups, schools and more.
I recommend that you complete an 8 week course to learn and develop your regular practice. This can be done with me one-to-one on Zoom. It does require a time commitment from you; you need to commit to attending the one hour session each week and practicing daily for at least 30 minutes. You won't regret the investment in yourself.  I also offer the course face-to-face in your own home if this is practical.

Once you have learned the basics support will continue with a weekly drop-in class to build your knowledge and understanding and support you in developing your practice.
